How long until I get a reply?
Most messages get an answer within two working days. Corrections to published articles are handled first, usually the same day.
Can you help with a specific stain right now?
Often, yes. Send the surface, the substance, and roughly how long it has been there. Those three details are usually enough for us to point you at the right method.
Do you accept guest posts?
Not currently. Everything on the site is written by the four of us so we can stand behind the testing behind it.
I run a cleaning business — can I use your checklists?
For personal use, print freely. For commercial use with staff or clients, message us and we'll sort out permission — it's usually a yes.
